Congratulations on choosing to participate in the Virtual Internship Program on Web Development with Open Weaver! This 4-week program is designed to be an interactive & practical internship and will help you gain industry-ready skills through project-based learning. The internship will consist of 3 Bootcamps (1 per week) , a few coding exercises, a project, and a final assessment.
WEEK 3 - WEB DEVELOPMENT
Today, our focus will be on Projection-Based Augmented Reality, which is described as a technique involving image/video projection to enhance and augment visual data by displaying images on the surface of 3D objects. Through today’s Bootcamp and this week’s exercises, we will learn how Projection-Based AR techniques effortlessly implement graphical and imaginary representations, allowing us to create visual experiences that were previously unachievable.

After completing this course you will:
- Have a good working knowledge of the Fundamentals of Augmented Reality.
- Learn various concepts involved in building a virtual try-on application such as the use of A-Frame tags such as ascene, acamera to prepare an augmented reality application for e-commerce.
- Have a fully functional shopping filter prototype application that you can customize and fine-tune the model to enhance its performance.

A-Frame combines the power of React and Three.js, two widely used technologies in modern web development. With its versatile components, A-Frame offers a seamless interface for creating immersive augmented reality experiences on the web.
Watch this tutorial on building your own AR Powered E-Commerce Site & learn how to train the model, and use A-Frame tags such as ascene and acamera to create an augmented reality application tailored for E-Commerce. Practical Exercise
