Congratulations on choosing to participate in the Virtual Internship Program on Web Development with Open Weaver! This 4-week program is designed to be an interactive & practical internship and will help you gain industry-ready skills through project-based learning. The internship will consist of 3 Bootcamps (1 per week) , a few coding exercises, a project, and a final assessment.
WEEK 2 - WEB DEVELOPMENT
Today, our focus will be on how Web Development Technology encompasses a wide range of various advanced frameworks that help in creating various Web/Mobile Games which comprise of a large chunk of the Gaming Industry. Through today’s Bootcamp and this week’s exercises, we will learn the necessary skills to build our very own Candy Crush Game, unlocking a world of possibilities where our imaginations of games come alive in captivating visual form.

- Have a good working knowledge of the Fundamentals of Gaming Technology.
- Learn various concepts involving the use of a toolkit called gulp, which uses Node.js platform, and develop HTML5 games for desktop as well as mobile using Phaser 2D game framework.
- Have a fully functional prototype that you can customize and fine tune the model to enhance its performance.
